We do not accept order notes by email. Please add your note when placing your order. Also, double-check your address before checkout — we cannot guarantee address changes once shipped. Customers are responsible for accurate notes and addresses; errors may lead to order cancellation or extra reshipment fees. We are not liable for issues caused by missing notes or incorrect addresses.

Please include your book preferences in the note. Without a note, books cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. Notes cannot be modified by email after ordering. We will try our best but cannot fulfill all requests.

If you order many books and merchandise and stock is limited, you may receive duplicate items with different covers. We restock only as needed; frequent orders are at your own risk of duplicates.
