This book is very direct and gets straight to the point. It's motivating without being overly complicated and gives a good push to reflect, reset, and take action. Some parts felt familiar if you've read a lot of self-help, but the message is still encouraging and easy to digest. Good read when you need a mindset boost.

This book was well written with a lot of actionable steps that speak to a wide variety of people at different points in their own lives.
The one negative aspect of the book is the repetition. Several points were made relatively closely together that made it seem a bit overwhelming at times.

This book has been life changing for me. First time I've ever put a review for anything which says a lot. Very good tips that are so simple yet so powerful. Some we already do but not in way that is outlined in this book. Highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for positive change.

I was working on helping others become thirsty best version of themselves, and decided to search on amazon for a book already existing with a similar title. This one popped up. I am always looking to improve my life and have a better soul and impact on my life and others. This doesn't disappoint in that area, with great organization and chapters on how to change your life and make your life the best version of yourself. Highly recommend. I will be buying this book for others as a gift.
